DIY: Crayon Roll

January 22, 2009 by Deanna

Over at Skip To My Lou I found a tutorial on how to make a Crayon Roll. I loved this idea and had wanted to make it for my niece for her birthday but hadn’t had the chance with my fathers death.

I finally got to make it yesterday and I love how it turned out. I of course used recycled material. The bold bright material is from a shirt and the check material was from a yard of material that I found at the goodwill. I thought they looked cute together. I didn’t have any ric rac but even without the ric rac it turned out great.
