		<description>Yes Becca your exactly right. Its easier than it sounds but with big ruffles like this, I had to lay them on the shower curtain and pull so I would know when to stop ruffling. :)</description>

So... to ruffle, you sew directly onto your fabric one straight long stitch and pull one of the threads until it ruffles?  I didn&#039;t know that.  I&#039;ll have to try something small and give it a try!</description>
