Vintage Patterns
I came across a huge box full of patterns at the thrift store the other day and found these beautiful patterns. I am not sure the age but I would think 50′s and 60′s. They are in a larger size but with a little adjustment I would be able to make them work for me.
Aren’t they pretty?

Awesome! And the skirt I made a while back from that 50s or 60s vintage pattern was a size 12, but fit like a 4. I bet these are closer to your size than you think!
Evan, Thanks, I haven’t even taken them out of the package yet, makes me more excited to get started.
The sizes on these patterns will probably be quite a bit smaller than the same size today. Sizes are bigger today. I wore a 10/12 in high school I wear a 12/14 now and am 30lbs heavier

Thanks Beth. I was just looking at them yesterday and I do wear a 10/12 in the older patterns. Im so excited now to start making some of these.
