DIY Valentine Jar Recycle Project

I love the little jars that artichokes come in. I have been saving them and wasn’t sure what for until I ran across this idea from design sponge – paper scrap recycling. I decided I would use these jars for little Valentine gifts for my girls.

Here is what I did:

Gather up some paper, whatever is going to match what you are wanting to use them for and other supplies needed as seen above.

Cut a slightly larger circle than the lid and draw the outline of the lid for guidelines on cutting. Cut around the circle to the line drawn. Using your Mod Podge, glue the paper to the lid. One by one glue each little cut strip to the side of the lid and tuck inside.

Once you are done you can fill the jar with whatever goodie you would like. So simple and so cute.
