Reconstructed T-Shirt into a Halter Top

A while back I found this shirt from the goodwill by J Jill and loved the color and pattern so I figured in time I would make something from it, but what I would make, I hadn’t a clue.
Last night I was looking through some patterns I had drawn in my notebook and as I was pondering those patterns I figured out what I would do with that shirt.
I took the shirt and here is what I did:
- Cut the sleeves off
- Cut the front of the shirt from the back(using only the front)
- Cut the sides at a diagonal
- Sewed the top over to make a loop
- Ran a ribbon through the op you just made
- Cut the sleeves in half
- Sew half of the sleeves to the lower part of the side of the front for the back ties
And Ta Da – I was done! Super easy and super cute.
