DIY: Criss Cross Pot Holders

While trying my hand at the Criss Cross Coasters my daughter was watching me and she came up with a great idea. Criss Cross Pot Holders. With my frustration of trying to get the coasters to lay flat because they are so small, I figured pot holders would lay down better and be less of a hassle to make. So here is my attempt at Criss Cross Pot Holders.

Follow the instructions at Allsorts.typepad.com changing the size of the squares you cut from 4.5 X 4.5 to 8 X 8. And for the bottom piece of fabric I used a quilted chair pad fabric I already had. Everything that I used for these Pot Holders is recycled.
